Who this notice covers
This notice covers sellfsuite.com and the four applications listed below. Each application operates its own workspace and account processes. A shared legal notice does not create a shared login or automatically exchange data between applications.
The operator is Konuk Reklam, Pazarlama ve Ticaret LTD.; its published contact details appear below. It acts as controller for its own website enquiries, account administration and business operations. For customer-directed workspace processing, the respective roles are addressed in the Data Processing Addendum.
Information and purposes
| Context | Information | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Website enquiries | Name, email, message, optional company/application and enquiry reason. | Review and answer the request; handle support and security issues. |
| Accounts and workspaces | Account identifiers, profile information, memberships, permissions and service records. | Provide access, administer the service and support the customer. |
| Orders | Plan, order/subscription identifiers, billing contact and transaction status supplied by the payment channel. | Associate purchased access with the account and reconcile billing requests. |
| Technical operation | Request metadata, IP-derived abuse controls and hosting/security records. | Deliver pages, diagnose faults and protect the service. |
Application-specific information
| Application | Processing context |
|---|---|
| SellfTask | Tasks, comments, assignees, deadlines, team membership and client-shared work. Workspace administrators determine who can access the content they manage. |
| SellfScale | Business metrics, audit inputs/results, report-context conversations and files supplied to analysis features. Uploaded files may include personal information; customers must minimise it. |
| SellfCompete | Product links, ideas, research queries, retrieved market material and reports. Public availability does not remove data protection or source-licence obligations. |
| SellfRecruit | Job requirements, professional profile details and source links, fit assessments and saved profiles. Candidate sourcing and enrichment can involve information not obtained directly from the candidate. |
Purposes and legal grounds
Depending on the processing and applicable law, relevant grounds may include taking requested steps before a contract, performing a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests after the required assessment, or specific consent where needed. A request for support is not consent to unrelated marketing.
The applicable legal ground depends on the purpose and context of processing. Information needed to provide a requested service is distinct from optional information or consent for marketing.
Recipients, AI and international transfers
The website is hosted on Vercel. The contact form prepares a mailto draft locally and hands it to the visitor’s chosen email application. It does not submit the fields to a website email API. Application source code uses Supabase and, in relevant analysis/search features, Google Gemini, Tavily and Apify-related services. Code references establish technical dependencies, not a complete list of active recipients or their contractual roles.
Where Paddle processes a purchase, its own buyer privacy notice also applies. Account/order data made available to the software provider is used for access and support. Full payment-card data must not be requested through our contact form.
AI and search features may send relevant inputs to external providers. Customers should not supply unnecessary confidential, sensitive or third-party personal data. No blanket claim is made here about model training, provider retention or storage in a particular country; those settings and contracts must be verified per feature.
The recipient register must identify processing countries and applicable transfer mechanisms. Consent must not be used as a blanket substitute for the transfer assessment. Where required, appropriate contractual safeguards and statutory notifications must be completed before the relevant transfer.
Retention and deletion
Information should be retained for the documented service purpose, required legal recordkeeping and justified dispute/security needs, rather than indefinitely. Deleting a profile does not necessarily delete every workspace record or a legally required transaction record.
Draft contact fields remain in page memory until edited, reset or the page is left. Choosing Copy places the prepared message on the visitor’s clipboard. Sending through the chosen email application creates email records under the sender’s provider and our support mailbox processes; the website creates no contact database record. Retention depends on the application, data category, service purpose and applicable recordkeeping duties. For a retention or deletion enquiry, identify the application and relevant data when contacting us.
Your requests and choices
Use team@sellfmedia.com to raise a privacy enquiry and identify the application and your relationship to it. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request. Do not email a full identity document unless a suitable secure process has been agreed.
Depending on the law that applies, rights may include information/access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to the competent authority. Under the KVKK framework, requests to the controller are handled within the applicable statutory period, generally no later than 30 days; other jurisdictions have their own rules and extensions.
For information controlled by a customer workspace, we may need to refer the request to that customer or assist them under the applicable data-processing arrangement. Candidates may use the same contact address to raise a request about SellfRecruit, identifying the relevant profile or source link where possible.
