Which purchases this policy concerns
This policy concerns web purchases completed through Paddle for the SellfSuite applications. For a purchase made through another authorised channel, including an app store where offered, use that channel’s purchase and refund process. Keep the receipt identifying the actual seller.
Initial subscription: 14 days for an unused service
You may request a full refund of your initial subscription payment within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the paid service. For credit-based plans, consuming credits or generating a paid report counts as use. This commercial condition does not remove any statutory withdrawal right, remedy for a defective service or refund Paddle determines is appropriate under its own terms.
How to request a refund
For a Paddle transaction, use paddle.net and provide the receipt/order identifier, purchase email, product and reason. Do not send full card numbers. We can assist with identifying a product issue; Paddle handles the transaction refund.
Eligibility and mandatory rights
Paddle’s current refund policy and applicable consumer law govern statutory eligibility. Country, buyer status, transaction type and legally valid early-performance consent can affect withdrawal rights. Using credits alone does not establish that a statutory right has been waived.
Renewals and additional credit purchases are not included in the initial-payment commercial guarantee. We do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for a voluntary mid-period cancellation. Mandatory rights and Paddle’s refund decisions still apply, including for duplicate, defective or undelivered purchases.
Cancellation and access
Cancelling future renewal is different from requesting the return of a payment already made. A refund can affect access associated with that transaction. Account deletion does not itself request a refund; make the transaction request through the appropriate channel.
The amount, destination and processing status of an approved refund are confirmed by the payment channel. This page does not promise a bank processing deadline or a specific settlement currency.
