Parties, scope and acceptance
The software provider is Konuk Reklam, Pazarlama ve Ticaret LTD.; the customer is identified through the applicable service or order acceptance process. A person acting for a company must have authority to bind that company. Merely browsing this website does not constitute acceptance of an application subscription or a customer-specific processing agreement.
The common terms cover SellfTask, SellfScale, SellfCompete and SellfRecruit. The applicable order, disclosed plan and product annex determine the purchased service. Access to one product does not imply access to all products or a shared account.
Accounts and permitted access
- Keep account information accurate and protect credentials. Notify support if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Workspace administrators are responsible for invitations, memberships, access settings and the content they share with clients or colleagues.
- Use only the seats, capabilities and credits included in the applicable plan. Do not bypass limits, impersonate others, introduce malicious code or interfere with service security.
Your content and our software
You retain your rights in content you provide. You must have the permissions and legal grounds required to submit, process and share it. The provider needs a limited right to handle that content for the purchased service, support and documented security operations, subject to the privacy notice and applicable data-processing agreement.
SellfTask, SellfScale, SellfCompete and SellfRecruit are products of Konuk Reklam, Pazarlama ve Ticaret LTD. Third-party software, brands and source material remain with their respective owners. A subscription grants the access described in the plan, rather than ownership of the software or third-party material.
Responsibilities by application
- SellfTask: check recipient and client-visibility settings before sharing work, comments or files. A workspace permission is not permission to disclose someone else’s confidential information.
- SellfScale: check the accuracy, completeness and permissions of metrics and supplied files. Analysis supports management judgement and does not guarantee a particular financial or growth outcome.
- SellfCompete: respect source licences, privacy rules and access restrictions. Review source dates and evidence before relying on estimated or AI-generated market findings.
- SellfRecruit: use candidate information lawfully, provide required notices and assess fit through a fair human process. Do not use scores as the sole basis for a significant employment decision or infer protected personal characteristics.
AI, external information and integrations
AI outputs may contain errors, outdated information or unsupported inferences. Review outputs before acting or sharing them. Human review is especially important for personal data, employment and business decisions. Availability of a third-party source does not grant unrestricted rights to reuse its content.
Optional integrations require their own authorisations. A feature described as planned is not a purchased entitlement until expressly included in the active plan or order. No common sign-in, automatic cross-app transfer or automatic ingestion of every metric is promised by these terms.
Purchases through Paddle
For purchases completed through Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. The software provider delivers the product; Paddle’s buyer terms govern the transaction. Order/payment questions and refunds can be raised through paddle.net. Product support remains available through our contact route.
Governing law and protected rights
The software-provider relationship is governed by the laws of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul have jurisdiction where a valid jurisdiction agreement is permitted. This does not restrict a consumer’s mandatory right to bring a claim before another competent court or authority. Paddle’s separate buyer terms govern the purchase transaction.
Service changes, suspension and exit
Maintenance, dependency failures and service changes can affect availability. No uptime percentage or individual service-level agreement is promised here. Material changes to a purchased service should be communicated with the notice and remedies required by the applicable contract and law.
Access may need to be restricted for security, unlawful use, serious contractual breach or billing issues, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Subscription cancellation, workspace deletion and privacy deletion requests are different processes.
