What your plan includes
Each application has its own offer. Before purchase, the product page and checkout must identify the application, price/currency, billing interval, tax presentation, seats, included features, usage or credit limits, and any trial. Custom enterprise terms must be recorded in the accepted order.
This shared policy does not set a common price, trial duration, unlimited usage right or cross-application subscription. The selected order is the source for those commercial details.
Trials and recurring charges
Where a Paddle subscription renews automatically, recurring charges continue until cancellation under the applicable purchase terms. If a trial converts into a paid plan, its duration, first charge and cancellation deadline must be shown before enrolment. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a scheduled first charge.
Price changes, notices and any required consent are handled under the applicable purchase terms and mandatory law. A statement on this page is not authorisation for an undisclosed charge.
Usage and credits
Where a plan uses credits, the plan must explain which actions consume them, when they refresh, whether unused amounts expire or carry over, and what happens at the limit. Consult the selected application’s plan and checkout for these details; the website’s illustrative tours do not define paid production usage.
An upgrade, downgrade or additional seat can have different billing and access effects. Effective dates, proration and any refunds must be disclosed by the actual plan-change flow rather than assumed from this policy.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
For Paddle purchases, the buyer portal linked in the subscription confirmation email provides a cancellation route; paddle.net also accepts cancellation requests. Paddle’s standard buyer terms describe cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Any different lawful order-specific arrangement must be clearly disclosed.
Keep the cancellation confirmation and check the subscription status. If an in-app control does not complete the request, use the payment-channel route. Deleting the app, leaving a workspace or deleting a login does not necessarily stop an active billing subscription.
Receipts and access issues
Use the seller and transaction reference shown on the receipt when raising a payment issue. For purchased access that does not activate correctly, contact product support with the application, account email and order reference. Never provide a full card number or security code.
