How does the sample fit score work?

Priority skills contribute 60 points, experience 25, and location preference 15. Unselected criteria are excluded and the remaining weights are normalised to 100. Profiles are fictional; this score demonstrates criteria alignment, not a hiring prediction. The pool retains profiles when you change roles.

Fictional sample data. Changes apply to this demo session.

Finding the right person takes more than a search.

Long research cycles and headhunter fees can make hiring expensive before a conversation even starts. A list of profiles still leaves the team to work out who actually matches the role and why.

Evaluate the fit, then keep the relationship in reach.

Bring role requirements and candidate profiles into a clearer comparison. Review compatibility and explanations, inspect relevant experience and save promising candidates into a pool you can return to.

Less searching from scratch. More hiring with context.

Give the team a useful starting point for outreach and assessment. A growing candidate pool preserves the value of previous research, while fit information helps focus the next conversation. Final hiring decisions remain with your team.
